The Suncity Panchkula Apartment Concept
A conceptual design proposal for a 3BHK residence in Panchkula, Haryana.
The idea was to craft a home that integrates Vastu-based zoning, color psychology, and AI-assisted layout studies — creating emotional comfort and visual coherence.
Each bedroom was planned as a separate character space reflecting the residents’ cultural roots and personal rhythms.
The proposal focused on the intersection of vibrant identity and rational design flow, achieving harmony through form, color, and proportion.
The North Courtyard Residence
A modern Vastu-aligned residence in a village near Bhiwani, Haryana. This home was planned around a north-facing entrance, natural ventilation, and balanced proportions. Brick cladding and locally sourced materials maintain the rural character, while AI-assisted layout studies improved daylight performance and airflow efficiency.
