The North Courtyard Residence

Design Intent

The design was conceived as a bridge between rural authenticity and modern clarity. Each space follows a logical spatial sequence rooted in Vastu — from the north entry to the orientation of key living areas. The focus was to maximize light and cross ventilation while maintaining honest and warm material expression.

Externally, the brick façade creates a tactile dialogue with the village landscape, while the planning remains aligned with contemporary living needs.
